Plant Manager Peterborough, Ontario (File Reference: PM-2018) We are seeking a Plant Manager for our flagship Peterborough processing facility. Neo Materials is a global leader in the recycling and purifying of electronic metals that are used in a variety of applications from wireless technologies and LED lighting to solar power technologies, among others. Our Peterborough location is growing, and the Plant Manager will lead people, production, quality, health, safety & environment objectives for the site in conjunction with the local management team, reporting to the Director of North American Operations in the company's Rare Metals Division. Previous experience in a manufacturing, process environment with a progressive leadership style that encourages autonomy and employee engagement is essential. Given the technologies involved in our manufacturing processes, a Bachelor's degree or experience in Metallurgy, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred together with experience in efficiency programs (LEAN, Six-Sigma programs).
