We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Professional to join our team in a well-established, family owned and operated, local Pool and Spa business. The successful candidate should possess the following:
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work 5 to 6 days per week, including Saturdays.
- Organized and able to prioritize.
- Perform water analysis and communicate results to customers.
- Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, retrieving messages and invoicing.
- Balance daily cash, debit and credit cards at end of each shift with accuracy.
- Handle in-store customer inquiries and assist with purchases.
- Direct customer concerns and complaints to appropriate level of management.
